Payment of Fee
Within 24 hours of the notification of final selection of the candidates, fee should be paid by the candidate failing which his/her selection will stand automatically cancelled & the vacancy so caused will be filled by the candidate next in the list of merit. The fee once paid is not refundable, if the selected candidate fails to join the institute for any reason. Hostel is mandatory for all the students and cannot be vacated in mid-session. Students who leave the hostel without permission will be penalised. The fee for subsequent session should be paid on or before 10th of April every year. Fee for the Hospital Payments, Uniform, Exam, Picnic / Excursion etc is payable separately as & when required.
Mode of Payment of Fee
The fee is payable through Nationalised Bank Demand Draft favouring “J.J. Educational Institute” payable at Dehra Dun. No outstation cheques will be accepted. The fee deposited, is not refundable or transferable under any circumstances and will not include fee for educational tours. All fee instalments are to be paid strictly as scheduled. A delay beyond 15 days in the payment of fee renders the student’s name liable to be struck off the rolls. No deduction are made for vacations or broken periods in terms of hostel fee. The student will not be allowed to appear in the sessional or final examinations unless the fee has been paid by the due date. The fee schedule and other charges are intimated to the parents separately and may change as and when necessary. Fee matters will be discussed only with the parents and not with the students.
